Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This is a general template provided for convenience and is not legal advice — review it (and adapt the specifics) before relying on it.

EYoungWorks Studio ("EYoungWorks," "we," "us," or "our") is a one-person studio selling digital products for solo operators. We keep data collection minimal and we don't sell your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our store at eyoungworks-studio.myshopify.com, our free Whop community, and our email updates.

1.Information we collect

2.How we use your information

We use the information above to:

We do not sell your personal information.

3.Third parties and processors

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4.Cookies

Our site and store use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, remembering your cart at checkout) and to understand traffic through analytics. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings; some features, like checkout, may not work properly without them.

5.How long we keep your data

We keep your information only as long as we need it — to fulfil your order, provide support, run the community, and meet legal and accounting requirements (order and tax records may be kept for several years as the law requires). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. If you unsubscribe from emails, we stop sending them and keep only what's needed to honor that choice.

6.Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, just email eyoungworks@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

7.Children

Our Services are meant for adults and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8.Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (Shopify, our payment processor, Whop, and our email provider) that maintain their own security safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work to keep your data safe.

9.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our business and tools evolve. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be reflected here, so it's worth checking back from time to time.

10.Contact
