Welcome to EYoungWorks Studio. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and EYoungWorks Studio ("EYoungWorks," "we," "us," or "our") — a one-person studio that builds and sells digital products for solo operators. They cover your use of our website, our online store at eyoungworks-studio.myshopify.com, our free Whop community, and our email updates (together, the "Services"). Please read them before you buy or download anything.

1.Accepting these terms

By browsing the site, buying a product, joining the community, or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.

2.What we sell

EYoungWorks sells digital products — Notion templates and dashboards, guides and playbooks, AI prompt packs, and other digital downloads built for people running a business by themselves. These are delivered digitally: you receive access, a download link, or a template you can duplicate. Nothing physical ships to you.

We try to describe every product accurately, but small differences between a screenshot or preview and the final file can happen as we improve our products over time.

3.Your license to use our products

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use it for yourself or your own business. You may:

• Use, duplicate, and customize the templates and files for your own work.
• Keep your own copy for as long as you like.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the templates, guides, or prompt packs — free or paid.
• Publish them in a public gallery, template marketplace, or file-sharing service.
• Repackage the content as your own product or claim authorship of it.

In short: use it for your business as much as you like, but please don't hand our work to others.

4.Payment, pricing, and delivery

Prices are listed on the store and shown at checkout. Payment is handled securely by our checkout and payment processors (see Section 8) — we don't see or store your full card details. Once your payment is confirmed, access or download instructions are delivered digitally, usually right away and to the email you provide.

5.Refunds — digital goods are generally final

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed. That said, we want you to have a working product. If your download is broken, you were charged incorrectly, or something genuinely isn't as described, email us at eyoungworks@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we'll work with you in good faith to fix it, replace the file, or make it right.

6.Acceptable use

When using the Services — including the Whop community — please:

• Follow the law and don't infringe anyone's rights.
• Be respectful; no harassment, hate, spam, or attempts to disrupt the community or the site.
• Don't try to break, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of our providers.
• Don't scrape, copy, or bulk-download our content beyond your own personal use.

We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7.Intellectual property

Everything we create — our templates, guides, prompts, text, graphics, logos, and the EYoungWorks name and branding — belongs to EYoungWorks Studio and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you the license in Section 3; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying work to you.

8.Third-party services

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them:

• Shopify — powers our online store and checkout.
• Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments / Stripe and similar) — process your payment securely.
• Whop — hosts our free community.
• Our email provider — sends the updates you opt into.

We're not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of these third-party services, but we choose them carefully.

9.Disclaimers — "as is" and no guaranteed results

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our products are tools and templates. They are not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular business result, income, growth, or outcome from using them. What you get out of them depends on your own effort and circumstances.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EYoungWorks Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our products and business evolve. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled in the courts located in the State of Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
